With the head office based in the UK, Lloyd Payne & Associates has been designing and deploying education and process packages for staff at all levels on behalf of a number of European and World Wide companies.

Skills The development of people skills to maximise the process and tools put in place to develop the success of a company. Tools The use of hardware and software, whether industry standard or company bespoke. Process The design and deployment of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), specialising in the areas of Message Management, Request Management and Opportunity Management.

AWW Corp have identified three areas of skill that need to be enhanced in their organisation. The staff talk to and acquire information from their customers whilst on the telephone. A set of education needs to be deployed to 450 staff in three call centres in four countries. The education covers listening skills, objection handling and the sharing of customer information amongst each other in their own teams. | |

AWW Corp have written an inhouse a Lotus Notes application that combines the functionality of four existing tools. 4000 staff of mixed seniority across seven countries have to be educated on the use of this tool. The project has a tight timescale due to the expiration of software licences on two of the existing tools. The education package needs to be written together with agendas, presentations, examinations and delegate notes and then four Train the Trainers sessions run to brief the inhouse training staff on the education format and deliverables. | |

AWW Corp has a business running across fourteen countries. The principle of the businesses is the same, however all countries are using their own business processes in their day to day operations. To ensure future success and consistent level of measurement a number of processes need to be designed and implemented across all countries. |
