Based in Hampshire, Brett is the Senior Consultant of Lloyd Payne & Associates, which specialise in CRM and Call Centres. He brings 15 years of promotions and organisational background to the team. Brett has been involved in Sports Team Management for 8 years and has both competed and managed at European level on a number of occasions.

Based in Tring, Hertfordshire, Graham is a Managing Director of Chiltern Lintel Supplies. Married to Diane, they have a daughter Amy, aged 3 years. Graham has been racing for 11 years, starting off with Karts, racing 125s in 1988 on short circuits, progressing by 1989 through to long circuit karting, where he was always seen as a front runner. Grahams karting career culminated by coming 2nd in the British Long Circuit Kart Championships and 2nd in 1995 UK Cup. 1997 saw a successful year as a grounding into saloon car racing, with great success in the Rover 220 Turbo Cup. 1999 was the first year at the Touring Car Support Race level, achieving a range of successes in the Vauxhall Vectra Challenge. 

A Treasury Dealer for British American Tobacco, Diane has been an avid follower of motor sport for the past ten years. Diane is fundamental to the success and future growth of the team and integral to the smooth running of both practice sessions and the race meetings themselves.
